President Goodluck Jonathan promises quality education in Yobe State, donates 200 million

 

PRESIDENT Goodluck Jonathan has donated N200 million for the furnishing and equipping of yobe state university library named after him in Yobe State. The president, who was at the Yobe State University to inaugurate the library, also commended Governor Ibraim Geidam for the scrupulous use of resources available to the state in impacting on the lives of the people. He said one of the ways in which to encourage the youth towards making them good instrument for development is through good and education, and as such, he promised that his government would help the state in achieving this goal. He also added that government would ensure that the basic need towards achieving quality education in Yobe State is achieved.
