The creature in the photo below was allegedly caught and killed in Madonna university, Okada. This very bizarre picture and story was sent to the blogger Linda Ikeji earlier today and has sparked talks of the end time in numerous quarters.

  According to him, out of the 168,000 corps members that were trained by the Independent National Electoral Commission to participate in the coming elections, 34,000 have passed out and can no longer participate as corps members but as ad-hoc staff. He said, “We have 168,000 (corps members) that registered for participation in the election. The 2014 Batch A that registered passed out on February 19. Our plan was to use them for the elections; but because of the postponement of the elections, we realised that we can’t use them again as that would amount to breaching NYSC rules. “They were about 34,000. We wrote to INEC to explain that they would be passing out and that we could not hold on to them. Because they were passing out, it wouldn’t be right for them to participate as corps members. But because they have been trained, we told INEC that if they wish, they could employ them as adhoc staff but they won’t wear NYSC uniform”.

Emergency Services Rescue 120 Year Old Woman From Her Flooded House In Bayelsa

Following the flood that ravaged her community, Mama Rhoda Tamunu, an elderly woman, allegedly aged 120 years, has been rescued from a flooded house in Bayelsa State. Mama Tamunu was rescued by the state Emergency Medical Services at Agudama in Yenagoa, the state’s capital on Wednesday after concerned residents raised the alarm. Apart from Tamunu, many Bayelsa residents have been displaced by floods which ravaged the state recently. The Seriake Dickson administration, in wake of the disaster, inaugurated the state Emergency Response Flood Management Committee for immediate evacuation of flood victims and provision of relief items. Already, many residents have been confined to the relief camps awaiting government’s next move even as president Jonathan has approved a cash donation running to billions of Naira for states devastated by flooding. -Olu Famous
